Modular units can be manufactured for many types of applications. We offer thermal break and non-thermal break contstruction. These indoor modular units offer a flexible configuration for all building types where unit weight is an factor. All modular units are built with removable panes that makes it a very serviceable installation where space is limited inside mechanical rooms. Eventhough it’s light construction design, modular unit are robust while they still provide a high quality cosmetic design.

Units with a gas fired furnace, the fuel is mixed with air and burned. The flames heat a metal heat exchanger where the heat is transferred to air. Air is pushed through the heat exchanger by the air handler fan. At the furnace, combustion products are vented out of the building through a flue pipe.

With a variety of HVAC filters for industrial and commercial applications as well as for residential use to improve indoor air quality and comfort. The filters in the supply air are used as first and second filter stages, either as complete filtration solutions for these applications or as pre-filters for cleanroom process applications. The filters are also used in the exhaust air or in recirculating systems to protect the air handling units.

Air filtration units are used in applications where air quality is important, notably in building ventilation systems. They are composed of different stages of particulate air filters, with a fibrous or porous materials which removes solid particulates such as dust, pollen, mold, and bacteria from the air. Filters containing an absorbent or catalyst such as carbon may also remove odors and gaseous pollutants such as volatile organic compounds or ozone.

Available in different sizes and heights. They can be manufactured of galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel. The curbs are available with or without: wood insulation and reinforcement, Recommended for all types of air handlers, package units, or any other unit that requires to be roof mounted. There are two types of construction: full welded as one piece or complete knock down construction bolted to facilitate the installation in reduced spaces, curb clips are also available for securing unit on to the curb.
